CREATIVE BLOCK !!
The desperate anxiety to crack upon a good idea if not a brilliant one , the restlessness caused due to the lack of an idea...the helplessness to create something dexterous , trailblazing & all that jazz ; resulting from an absurd 'block' turns into an absolute mind catastrophe.
The only remedy is when you DO happen to create/innovate something snazzy & original ON time.
But until then...its Royal Ego Embarrassment.
Hmm...not really an embarrassing post. :P Keep writing dear.
